Article summary

Once you have downloaded the generated session files in zip format or as a file list, you can configure and register the same against a  Dataset. Doing so allows the availability of all dataset capabilities, such as accessing catalog, visualizing data, and so on, for the generated files.

The previous topic lists the steps to downloading generation files.

Once you have downloaded the generation session files, you can register them into the dataset.

  1. In the Datagen Projects screen, click the icon against the Dataset field on the project card, to open the dataset details page.

  2. Click the Pipeline tab and click Ingest now against the desired pipeline.

  3. In the Ingest Now window, retain the Container Base URL and Subdirectory to Ingest values, as is, and click Ingest.

  4. Monitor the status by expanding on the pipeline name.

Once the ingestion is completed, the catalog will be populated. All operations on the catalog page, such as creating a new visualization job, will be available on the generated images.
