Workflow Group Instance refers to an instance of workflow group execution. . These instances are displayed in the Workflow Group Instances page.
Following options are displayed in this page,
- Last 90 Days: The sessions from a different date range can be selected by clicking on this drop down. A custom date range can also be selected from this option.
Note: Default is 90 days.
- Filter: This option allows the user to apply additional search filters to the sessions. Specific substrings can be searched and applied.
- Show Archived: Archived sessions are hidden by default. If this option is enabled archived sessions are displayed along with unarchived sessions.
- All or Attention: The user can view sessions which require the admins attention only by clicking the slide button towards Attention.
- Refresh: This option is used to refresh sessions to check their status.
- Search: This option is used to search for sessions based on Id, name, session Id or disk Id.
- All: This option displays all the workflow group instances (active, failed, complete, and aborted).
In the All screen, group sessions are displayed along with the summary, time duration, and date of completion.
To view the details of ingestion follow the below instructions,
1. Click the center of the screen to expand the panel.
2. Click one of the circles to view details of the ingestion and streams.
Additional options will be available to check node, edge, location, workflow activity and edge log details in the panel on the right hand side.
