Before you start

A Local mode setup is recommended only for evaluation/non-production purposes.

1. All software components are installed fully on your local machine, thus ensuring no data (raw data and derived data like thumbnails) leaves your machine.
2. Limited data scale is supported (currently at 150K images/frames).
3. The following are some of the key features that are not supported.
   1. External catalog
   2. Views
   3. Import catalog
   4. User and groups
   5. Secrets
